I couldn’t have picked a better company to Reno my place after arriving home and seeing water everywhere…from the first person I met until the last one left the house 3 months later, my experience was first class! The demo was completed in a timely and thorough fashion with many people in and out of the house, always taking care to be respectful of my home and property…the construction manager kept me up to date with daily talks and did a great job of moving the project along. The trades they used were first class and the finished project was was beyond what we expected..I would not hesitate to use Service Master for any other events and they earned my respect for both their work and their advise!
Great service. Came to our aid for an emergency sewage back up. They took care of things without having us worry as we had a business to take care of. Appreciate the attention to detail, friendliness and quick service we received. Kudos to their workers such as Stan who put in the extra effort to finish the job and listened to all our concerns. Will use them for future needs!

I highly recommend the services of ServiceMaster Restore. Their teams are prompt and professional. I dealt with Jason and Brad regarding a restoration project at our residence and their teams were efficiently and friendly. My apartment unit had flooded due to my neighbours pipes bursting at 3 am on december 13th i was more worried about my personal contents as some of it was sentimental that i knew i would never have gotten back then i was about my own apartment but Brad and his team was there right from the very start brad was very informative he always took the time to answer my questions if he dint know he would try and find out the answer his team was amazing in every aspect to make this ordeal less painful then it all ready was they not only boxed up my things nicely and with care the boxes were all labled so i could put my stuff back where it belonged but his team went above and beyond what i was expecting not only did they box everying up for me but they also put fresh paint on my walls fixed the light fixtures and even unpacked my things and placed them back making it look like my home again i wish i could gaive more then a 5 star rating because that deserves more then just 5 stars i highly suggest servicemaster!
